How It Works

Book Your Consultation
Reserve your initial consultation and weigh-in at the gym. Takes around 45-60 minutes and is included in the plan price.

Body Composition Scan
In-person at the gym, using our body composition machine. This gives Matthew and Lucy the data they need to personalise your plan properly.

Stay Supported Throughout
Check-ins, WhatsApp access, and plan adjustments if something isn't working. This isn't "here's your plan, good luck." Support is part of the service.
